Siemens AG is joining with companies including Airbus SE and IBM to try to counter large-scale hacking attacks that threaten to cost $8 trillion in damage over the next five years.
The company reported revenue growth for the first time in six years, but most of the growth was driven by mainframe sales and not cloud and other new strategic products as bullish analysts had hoped for. Shares were down as a result.
