Best Label Ever for an EPO Button
Data center workers should think carefully before hitting the Emergency Power Off (EPO) button. Here's a label that will help.

Stories abound of service outages related to the Emergency Power Off (EPO) button, sometimes known simply as The Big Red Button. Like last year, when a disgruntled sysadmin nearly dropped the California power grid by punching the button. Richard Sawyer of EYP Mission Critical Facilities has a presentation about ways to reduce accidents with the EPO button, which usually happen because it's too accessible. "Put an alarm on the cover," said Sawyer. "You need to make them stop and ask themselves: do I really like my job? Is this a good career move?"
In that context, we present an EPO button recently encountered by Bob Plankers at The Lone Sysadmin, which strikes me as the best label ever for an EPO button.
