CIS Acquires Data Center PDU Vendor Enlogic

CIS Global, a Tucson, Arizona-based supplier of data center PDUs and solutions for mounting servers to racks, has acquired Enlogic, a supplier of intelligent data center PDUs based in St. Louis, Missouri, CIS announced earlier this month.

The two companies have been working together for about one year in a partnership where CIS acted as a reseller of Enlogic’s products. The Arizona company will continue offering the products following the acquisition.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Enlogic has offices in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, and China. In addition to PDUs it supplies IT cabinets, energy meters, sensors, and power cords.
