Managed hosting and colocation provider Dataside said today that its newest data center, which came online earlier this year, is now completely sold out. The 21,000 square foot facility in the Dallas Infomart was the company's fourth data center in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Dataside also has its headquarters at the Infomart.

"The demand for custom, high-density data center space is very strong," said Tim Moore, Senior Vice President Sales & Operations at Dataside. "This new data center was built to help us keep up with that demand, but the rate at which it sold out was a surprise. We are selling space as fast as we can build it. This is a trend we are seeing throughout all the markets we service."

Dataside was initally known as Collocation Solutions. In addition to its four Dallas-area data centers, the company also has facilities in Austin and Las Vegas.
