Next week will be one of the busiest weeks on the 2009 calendar for the data center and cloud computing sector, with four significant events. Here's a recap:
The O'Reilly Velocity 2009 conference runs Monday through Wednesday (June 22-24) at The Fairmont in San Jose, Calif. and focus on building web sites that are fast, scalable, resilient, and highly available. DCK readers can register using the code vel09data for a 15 percent discount.
The Gartner IT Infrastructure, Operations & Management Summit runs Tuesday through Thursday (June 23-25) in Orlando, Florida. Structure 09: Put Cloud Computing to Work, a conference by the GigaOm Network, is set for Thursday (June 25) at the Mission Bay Conference Center in San Francisco.
