Limelight Peers at Telehouse via NYIIX

Limelight's presence at Telehouse will allow it to use NYIIX to make high-speed peering connections with tenants in three major NYC carrier hotels.

Colocation and managed services provider Telehouse said this week that content delivery network operator Limelight Networks has become a new member of the NYIIX Internet exchange point, which will allow Limelight to peer with hundreds of carriers through NYIIX 10GigE interface connecting the three major downtown carrier hotels at 25 Broadway, 111 8th Avenue and 60 Hudson Street.
