The Next Generation Data Center Conference was a busy event, and we have lots of additional coverage in the pipeline for next week. In the meantime, here's some of the coverage of the show from other blogs and news sites around the Web:

  • Bridget at SearchDataCenter.com writes about the presentation on "Cloud Computing and the Data Center of the Future" by Sam Charrington of Appistry. The story looks at app mobility and jumping clouds. Other coverage included a roundup of the keynote from Simon Crosby of Citrix Systems and a post-mortem summarizing the event.

  • InformationWeek covered a talk on virtualization and standards from Winston Bumpus, director of standards architecture at VMware.
