TEAM Technologies, a TDS company, is expanding its Madison Data Center into a 55,000 square feet supported by a 6 megawatts of critcial power. TEAM is designing the expansion to take advantage of the chilly Wisconsin climate and use free cooling to keep the servers cool for 6 months per year. The building will withstand wind loads of an F4-level tornado, and features diverse paths for multiple telecommunications providers and an energy-efficient hot air containment system to support higher power densities per rack with . The video includes interviews and insights from TEAM executives and construction partners at CSS Power, Invision, Tri-North and NAMI.
