56 Marietta has long been the leading connectivity hub in downtown Atlanta, one of the most active data center markets in the Southeastern U.S. The building is owned by colocation provider Telx, which provides a tour of the facility in this video. The walk-through provides an overview of the building's infrastructure, including the Telx interconnection centers and Atlanta Telx Internet Exchange and its fiber-packed cable trays.
