On Thursday RagingWire Data Centers announced it is expanding into the market for wholesale data center space, leveraging its facilities in Sacramento, Calif. and Ashburn Va. Earlier this month Liam Eagle from The WHIR got to tour the RagingWire 500,000 square for Sacramento data center, known internally as "The Rock." The company's Sacramento location is an attractive option for companies seeking a west coast data center option that is far from major earthquake faults. This video runs about 7 minutes.

RagingWire recently secured $140 million in revolving credit to help finance its expansion in California and Virgina, where it recently purchased 75 acres of land from Loudoun County for a new data center campus.
