Video: Ed Felten Explains Cloud Computing

So what exactly is "cloud computing"? Mosso's introduction of The Hosting Cloud earlier this week got some folks in the industry talking about how to define a cloud offering. Princeton University recently held a conference on cloud computing, which kicked off with noted computer scientist and blogger Ed Felten offering a user-friendly overview of the cloud computing concept. Ed was in the news yesterday, when his Princeton team demonstrated a way to access encrypted hard drives.
This video begins with an introduction by several Princeton officials. Ed's presentation starts about 6:20 into the video, which runs 38 minutes.
