Which new companies are positioned to make a huge impact as cloud computing continues its growth? Eleven of the most promising cloud-focused startups faced off in the Launchpad competition at the GigaOM Structure 2011 conference last week. Each company made a four-minute pitch to conference attendees and four judges. The winner was dotCloud, which has developed a cloud platform that can host applications using a variety of stacks and technologies.
