Last week Emerson Network Power has introduced the Liebert DSE, an updated version of its computer room air conditioning (CRAC) system that can integrate free cooling concepts to reduce the system’s energy use. At the Data Center World conference we spoke with Fred Stack, VP of Marketing for Emerson's Liebert Precision Cooling unit, who provided an overview of the new cooling uni and how it compares to using air economizers.
