Power Loft is a data center in Manassas, Virginia that was an early adopter of a two-story design that separates the raised-floor data halls from the supporting power and cooling infrastructure. The project was acquired last yearby Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), a leading REIT in the government real estate sector. In this video, COPT's Jim Coakley takes you on a tour of one facility and explains the design of Power Loft. This video runs about 3 minutes.
