The Wall Street Journal sent a staff writer to Data Center World this year, and the resulting story appears in today's edition. "Computer Rooms Feel The Heat" (subscription) presents a broad overview of the challenges created by rising heat loads, and briefly reviews products from APC-MGE, Liebert, Spraycool, Degree Controls and Hewlett-Packard. Both APC and Liebert say sales of their newest cooling product lines doubled in 2006.

There was a lot of information presented on cooling products and technologies at the Data Center World show, and we'll be writing more about some of these companies and presentations in coming days.
