The Field Support Technican is responsible for performing troubleshooting and repairs of telecommunication systems to include but not limited to: phone circuits; Internet, backbone and subnet connections; fiber terminations and MDF cable plant management, union between client(s) and operations team for special projects and ongoing infrastructure management, assisting with installation and modification of building equipment systems, and troubleshooting, evaluating and making recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
