The Critical Facilities Engineer is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks in accordance with McKinstry Safety Policy and Procedures, inspecting buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, troubleshooting, evaluating and recommending system upgrades, ordering parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs, soliciting proposals for outsourced work, working with vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets McKinstry and Client standards, and performing all maintenance to ensure the highest level of efficiency without disruption to the business.
