The Facility Support Services will be responsible for supervising all positions under him/her in the geographical region including but not limited to: Facility Contract Managers, Facility Sales Executives, Field Operations Manager(s), Facility Technicians, and Administrative personnel; leading and motivating a high-performance data center operations and maintenance team that is responsible for the both the mechanical and electrical systems that support a high density data center; and overall management of the portfolio of clients and their related projects to include cost schedules, documentation preparation and managing customer expectations.
