The HVAC Technician  will complete reactive and preventative maintenance work orders, maintain various HVAC equipment (such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, air handlers, fire life safety systems, generators and PDUs), perform complex troubleshooting and repair of industrial and commercial mechanical, air conditioning, heating and ventilating equipment utilizing both standard and power tools, and ensure mechanical systems are running at peak efficiency by inspecting equipment for operating efficiency and operating standards.
