The Senior Account Executive, will be responsible for providing engineering and estimating services to potential customers/clients; planning sale policies, goals, objectives and budgets with the Director of Business Development and Sales and other persons; establishing procedures and priorities to implement and maintain approved plans; coordinating and performing duties and responsibilities such as lead generation, customer services, making proposals and sales, and coordinating the start of a project; negotiating contracts directly with GCs and owners; and fully managing select projects - including proper delegation of engineering, administration, coordination and purchasing.
