The Data Center Engineer provides comprehensive management, support and engineering of CA Spectrum, eHealth and NetQoS, and NetIQ AppManager products including designing architectural changes and implementing those changes, establish configuration management, and schedule, monitor and allocate resources as necessary, provides highly specialized technical advice concerning configuration and implementation of metric gathering tools for IT facility equipment, analyzes the metric, technical configurations and makes decisions on the best alternatives. Assists the capacity and availability program of SEC infrastructure, and leads the measurement of Key Performance Indicators for Event Management and drive efficiency and cost savings.
