FiberMedia Opens Two Data Centers in NY Market - FiberMedia announces the unveiling of two new data center facilities in Secaucus, N.J. and Chappaqua, N.Y. The significant enhancements to these facilities bring FiberMedia’s total data center footprint in the New York Metro area to over 130,000 square feet across five strategically placed facilities. Phoenix NAP Completes SAS 70 Audit - Phoenix NAP today announced it is a SAS 70 Type II certified facility, following the completion of a successful audit by independent agency Security and Control LLC. SAS 70 is a widely recognized auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) that measures service organizations' controls and safeguards. Additionally, the datacenter maintains its status as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Validated Services Provider after Coalfire Systems, Inc., a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), completed its independent audit. NEXTDC Raises $33.6 Million in Underwritten Placement - Australian data center service provider NEXTDC Limited today announced the successful completion of a fully underwritten equity raising of approximately $33.6 million at an issue price of $1.40 comprising an Institutional Placement, and a Conditional Placement each made to institutional and sophisticated and professional investor clients of Moelis Australia Advisory Pty Limited and RBS Morgans Corporate Limited.
