Happy Friday! We have made it to the end of the week. We hope you feel the relief that we do. The end of the week is finally here.
Below is our “Container Store” cartoon for the Data Center Knowledge caption contest. Here’s how it works: We provide the cartoon (drawn by Diane Alber, our fav data center cartoonist) and you, our readers, submit the captions. We then choose finalists and the readers vote for their favorite funniest suggestion. The winner will receive their caption in a signed print by Diane.
Please visit Diane's website Kip and Gary for more of her data center humor.
The contest winner for last week's "Colorful Cabinets" cartoon was Colton Brown of Dupont Fabros who submitted, “They spec’d high density, not high intensity, Kip.”
This week's cartoon takes a look at the new modular trend in data centers. Diane writes, "Data center 'containers' are getting incredibly popular these days. It seems that every company has their own version of a modular data center or data center container. So I thought I would poke fun of it a bit and have Kip visit a container store looking for his next data center container . Meanwhile, Gary is thinking?..."
You get to fill in the blank. Please submit your captions below.
