Verisign also paid tribute Wednesday night to pioneering individuals and companies for their contributions to the development of the Internet.  Some of the honorees included Steve Jobs, Andy Grove, Bill Gates, Marc Andreessen, Vint Cerf and Tim Berners-Lee.
