In today's data centers, density limitations are a common issue associated with server racks due to a misappropriation of chilled air. To avoid depopulation in hot areas, many data centers have adopted the use of aisle containment using customized enclosures for racks. In this video, Dell introduces the PowerEdge Energy Smart containment rack enclosure, designed to improve energy efficiency by providing an even distribution of airflow to all equipment within the rack in a raised-floor environment. This video runs about 1 minute, 45 seconds.
