The Planet is one of the world's largest hosting companies, serving more than 22,000 customers in its dedicated server and managed hosting businesses. In this video The Planet's vice president of technology, Will Charnock, discusses how the company was able to integrate Cisco's Nexus 5000 switches in two weeks, lowering costs per server by 30 percent and enabling the introduction of a shared storage product.
